Robert Tracewicz of Mundex ltd built our ground
floor extension in Chiswick .
He came recommended by 2 local families.
He engaged in a constructive way with our architect, solving problems to make the most of awkward spaces in the downstairs toilet, even before he was appointed.
We lived upstairs while he worked, and he was considerate and helpful.
We met almost daily to discuss progress.
He sorted out the various messes made by third party contractors (door fitters, cable TV fitters, fireplace fitters and kitchen fitters. I wish we'd chosen him to fit the kitchen).
His team made great efforts to keep to schedule and finish the detailed decoration work to a very high standard.
Overall we're delighted with his work and totally recommend him.

This email is to confirm a reference for Robert Tracewicz. Who has spent the
last 3 months working on my property.
Robert came highly recommended from a close friend, she was delighted with
The carpentry work undertaken at her home and so Robert was engaged to
decorate and does carpentry work on a large bedroom in my new home. I was so
delighted with his work that I asked him to continue with the rest of the
other 3 bedrooms, which were finished to good time and to a fantastic
standard.
The ground floor of my home needed extensive renovations which included
knocking down 2 major Walls, and basically rebuilding the complete floor ,
installing wood flooring, installing new windows and sliding doors, a new
kitchen, all new plasterwork, rebuilding the hall and stairs, extensive
plumbing and electrical work and all within planning regulations, which he was
fully conversant with. Both the planning officer, my surveyor and the house
agents who have now viewed the property have all commented on the top quality
finish. The complete ground floor was finished within the promised 6week
period. Nothing was a problem and Robert could not have taken more care if it
had been his own home.
I do not give references lightly. However in this case, what you get with
Robert is a first class and flexible builder and carpenter, he is more than
capable of directing a large team of workers and has a fine knowledge of how
buildings work and can supply a complete work force including plumbing,
carpenters, electricians and plasterers. It is not ideal living in a home while
builldig work is taking place but Robert and his team were at all times
courteous and left the place clean and tidy at the end of the days work.
My house has increased in value , due in no small part to the quality of the
work done.

Robert and his team did a kitchen extension for us this summer and we are delighted to write this reference for him.
We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen we now have. Robert obviously takes a huge amount of pride in his work and has a great eye for finer detail and the finish is fantastic. He not only delivered what we asked for but came up with some very helpful thoughts, ideas and suggestions and prevented us from making mistakes we would have made.
The team worked very tidily, some neighbours even commented what a pleasure it was in comparison to other experiences.
Probably most importantly for us we literally had not one moment of anxiety about what was happening with the building. Robert worked entirely to schedule the whole time and never forgot a single thing we mentioned to him/ asked of him. Communication was excellent throughout the build and he was always available and almost always on site. We have had no problems since the build was finished.
The whole team were lovely to have in the house and very kind indeed to our inquisitive young sons. When I explained about writing this reference our oldest has asked if we could give 10/10 and five stars. I couldn’t put it better.
